Policy Scope

Due to the nature of our food products and their perishability - including frozen items - returns are limited to specific cases only.

Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

•\tA request is accepted only when one of the following applies:  

•\tThe product arrives damaged or in unusable condition. 

•\tA manufacturing defect is present. 

•\tA different product was received than the one originally ordered . 

•\tA shortage in quantity or items is identified. 

•\tReturns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or lack of desire for the product.
